So we get the rule to Vacate, he tells us that during the 10 days we need to clear room by room as fast as possible so he can paint and in that same breath he tells our a/c is broken and he's disconnecting it and he did just that!!!! We've never had the first issue with it being broken, I think that because our utilities are included that he's feeding his authoritarian ego by making us really suffer in 98 degree weather..... and it is. LOL... I have been here for almost 6 yrs without being more than 5 day late ever...... Im trying to be mature about this but I just wanna throw rocks at this man lol....... Someone, Anyone.... Heck EVEN YOU!!!          Tell me something.... advice, opinion..... how to plot revenge....anything

Can anyone tell me there is a way to stop an eviction once a rule to vacate has been hand delivered in South Carolina?

I am need of 600.00 fast as I am about to get evicted. They only gave me 3 days to pay it. I am disabled and got behind due to medical bills and once I got behind, I can not catch up. I do not know what to do !!! Can someone help me? Is there any loan I can get fast so I do not end up on the streets??

            My family and I are currently being evicted out of our home. We have fallen to hard times. My girlfriend and I lost both of our jobs and can't find anymore work. I currently have digenerative disc disease which makes me in constant pain. My girlfriend is currently going through postpartum depression after having our 6 month old now. She attends Virginia College classes online, to further her education. We are honestly trying anything and everything to just keep us a float. We are struggling to put food on the table. We have two beautiful kids, 2years old and 6 months old, that are depending on us to provide for them. It is really hard to admit when you can't always afford to buy them the things they need. We feel that we have no options! We are currently making very low-income and do not know where or what we are going to do. We have to move out of our home in 4 days. We may be forced to go to a homeless shelter, if we can find somewhere that takes families. We recieve some benefits, and have insurance.

I am a single parent of 3 boys.  Recently got evicted after I had to pay for car repairs in order to get to work.  I am a hardworking mom, and I have had my fulltime job for over 22 years at the same company. I paid for car repairs thinking I was finally getting child support, after ex had me in court on and off for 7 years.  I found a place, have paid the deposit, but now need 1st months rent before I can move in.  I still owe 596.11 before I can move in.  Plus I am going to have connection fees and deposits on my utilities.  But anything would help.  Meanwhile, my children and I are homeless until I come up with the rest of the money.  After that I will be able to afford this on my own.

Hello to all. I am child of GOD, single mother of 4 going through troubling times. I have been unemployed for almost 2 years now and money is running low. I am currently behind in my rent and I am seeking any type of assistance to prevent me and my children from being evicted from our home. Like every other unemployed American, I have been looking for work on a daily basis. I get up every morning and search on the internet and local news papers. It seems that every company is currently taking applications and filing them until further notice. It sounds depressing to hear every day but I just keep pressing on in hopes that something will come through. I have to keep my head up and smile just so that the kids won’t really see just how depressed this situation has gotten me. If anyone out there has any amount to donate to help me and my children out it will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read my request.

Help!  My wife and I moved to Utah about 10 months ago.  She is working in a daycare and I have not been able to find a job.  I have experience in sales, marketing and owning my own businesses.  My last business failed and wiped us out totally, I was fortunate enough to have a big sale which allowed us to move from PA to UT, for a fresh start.  Since I have been here I have tried temp services, convenience stores, grocery stores etc. looking for work and no one is willing me to give me a break... I have heard how over qualified I am, that other people need work (one of my personal favorites) etc.  I have a few excellent job prospects at present and expect to have something secured in the next few days.  The problem is our rent is due and we are behind on our car payment.  We would have been ok but over the holidays my wife did not get hours because of low attendance at the daycare.  We went without Christmas, which our kids understood, but we will be evicted on Friday if we don't come up with the rent.  Does any one have any suggestions or are there any angels out there...we will pay back the money as soon as we can.

Former roommate and his boyfriend are living in Clarkston GA and are unable to make rent.  He hs no job and his boyfriend works part time.  They will be evicted if they can't come up with rent.

 If anyone can help them find emergency rent, please let me know.
